Beth Storey is a dedicated paralegal with a background in estate planning, elder law, and guardianship matters. She graduated cum laude from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and later earned her Paralegal Certification from Kennesaw State University, where she was recognized for exceptional legal writing.

Before joining Atlanta Divorce Law Group, Beth gained extensive experience preparing wills, trusts, and incapacity documents while maintaining close, compassionate communication with clients navigating life’s major transitions. Her work on sensitive matters—from special needs trusts to conservatorships—has honed her attention to detail and deepened her understanding of families’ emotional needs during complex legal processes.

Beth’s hobbies include lounging in front of the TV with her beloved pets, practicing yoga, reading, traveling, swimming, and, admittedly, shopping.

What is your family structure like?

I am the only child of two wonderful parents and have grown up with pets all my life. I currently have two cats of my own, Birdie and Mouse.

What does family mean to me?

Family, to me, refers to the people whom you love unconditionally. No matter what, they have your back and believe in you. I believe these people are often gifted to us in the form of family by blood, but I also believe our found family can provide ties just as strong.

My Happily Ever After Divorce story

My grandmother grew up in rural Alabama. She was married and began having children at the age of 16. Her husband became abusive, but she found the strength to leave the relationship during a time when women did not have modern rights or protections. She later met and married my grandfather, the love of her life. I deeply admire her courage and devotion to creating a better life for herself and her family.
