ABA Well-Being Pledge

Atlanta Divorce Law Group is a proud participant in the American Bar Association (ABA) Well-Being Pledge & Campaign. We are devoted to the advancement of well-being in the legal profession and removing the stigma associated with substance use disorders and mental health problems.

The ABA Well-Being Pledge & Campaign is designed to support well-being in the legal profession and address the profession’s troubling rates of alcohol and other substance-use disorders, as well as mental health issues. The campaign’s goals are to raise awareness, facilitate a reduction in the incidence of problematic substance-use and mental health distress and improve well-being in the law. From education to policies to culture, the seven-point pledge identified in the Campaign reflects the core areas on which legal employers should focus and the concrete steps they should take as they seek to achieve those goals.

In support of this cause, ADLG champions a culture of well-being. We actively promote help-seeking and self-care by consistently supporting programs that enhance physical, mental, and emotional health. This commitment attracts and retains top talent, as we prioritize a well-being framework. Additionally, we foster partnerships with resources dedicated to stress reduction and overall well-being.
